Combined Mill Deformed Bar and wire rod products. 
This combined mill consist the production line of; 
- Reheating Furnace Billet 
- Rolling Mill 
- Bar production 
- Coil production

Description: 
* Reheating Furnace Billet Type : 
- Capacity 50/60/t/h 
- Hydraulic frontal changing bench 
- Hydraulic peel bar 
- Billet extractor

* Rolling Mill From 8 mm to 32 mm 
- Roughing mill n°6 stands from G1 to G6, H & V (start square from 120 to 140mm; out square 62mm) 
- Head crop cut and dividing shear, for square 62mm 
- Deviator 
- Roller table with loopers and billet tilter 
- Double stop at roughing mill entry side ( 2 strand rolling) 
- Intermediate mill on n°14 stands from G7 to G20 - Horizontal axis 
- n°2 monoblocks MB260/4 for production of rounds from 8 up to 10mm 
- Shear and loopers (1 V e 3 H) along the mill for cropping and emergency chopping.

* Slow speed line (1 strand, for rounds from 8mm up to 32mm) 
- Start/Stop shear for optimized bar hot cut (tail cut) 
- Quenched water line (max 18 bar) by thermex in single line 
- Dividing shear and related pinch roll type OLSO - to cut hot bars length up to 36m and discharge the bars on cooling bed trough roller table with aprons.

* High speed line (2 strand for rounds from 8 up to 16mm 
- Quenched water line (max. 18 bar) thermex in double line. 
- Dividing shear and related pinch roll - to cut hot bars length from 48 up to 36m and discharge the bars on cooling bed trough roller table with aprons // 1 group for each line. 
- Pinch roll / tail breaker to discharge the bar into the twin channel (2 for each line) 
- Double twin channel system for bar discharging into the cooling bed at high speed. 

* Bundle finishing area - in common 
- Cooling bed natural cooled 
- Cutting to length services in final commercial length and bundling forming area (Bundle Area) 
- Bundle tying machines - n°2 wire hydraulic tying machines OMV 
- Conveyors to transport the tied bundles into the collecting station.

PLANT PRODUCTION OF COIL - For rounds from 8 up to 16mm 
Consist of; 
- Start/stop crop shear with pinch roll 
- Raffreddamento con acqua 
- Pinch roll at TFS entry side 
- Laying head group - TFS 
- Controller cooling conveyor for loops complete with fans for forced cooling operations 
- Coil pit and coil forming stations by vertical finger and forks for coil removal 
- Coil tilter, coil charging on C-hook conveyor, C-hook conveyor with n°112 hooks - coil discharging machine. 
- Coil transporter - compacting/tying machine vertical type 
- Coil transporter - capstand, compacting/tying machine horizontal type - discharging machine.

* WATER TREATMENT 
- Sedimentator and scale separation 
- Sand filters for filtering purpose 
- Cooling evaporative towers for filtered water.
